关于ep的问题小弟我现在是ep签证，今天拿到新OFFER想换公司，请问大家，该如何到MOM换EP呢？谢谢。

You need
1. Let HR apply EP for you first.
2. Resign.
3. Conceal the old EP(MOM) and the officer will give you two week SVP.
4. Waiting your new EP. If your SVP is out of date before EP is approved, bring your Employment letter and print your EP application status (Copy from the website) to MOM for extention.
5. Collect new EP.
