To arrange and review with other CF offices on account splits. 昨天接到head hunter的电话，说是一家French Bank的position。我现在在transaction banking做implementation，对O&T的情况不是很了解。一般别人都是从后台转到前台来，却很少听到有人从前台转到后台去的。不知道有没有人能帮忙分析一下前景如何？
