In a nutshell, FOs are profit centres, MOs/BOs are cost centres.Who will get a bigger share of a bank's profit as bonus, profit centres or cost centres?
hehe i wasn't comparing Product Control to FO
i was comparing it to BO. since it is MO, does it mean it is at least slightly better than BO or there's not much difference between MO and BO in terms of remunerations?
