we have about 50 people located at the same level with usand i seldom see people leave before 7pm. My department head always leave at 10 or 11pm. not sure whether it's the culture for our bank only, but every night when I go back home i still can see a lot of people taking train tgt with me.
It depends on the bank, department, and the boss
For me, it is 7:30am-6:00pm. It is a commercial bank, not front line.
