For captial group, this is such a wonderful program, how many ppl are dreaming getting into the interivew (at least I am dreaming). 我很愿意相信你的话，可是发生在我身边的却不是这样的我真得很愿意相信你的话，相信你那些拿到银行offer的朋友都是都是付出了不为人知的努力。可是发生在我身边的却不是这样。我有三个朋友相继拿到offer.很是羡慕他们。其中一个从来就没有想过要去finance industry, 他是对这industry一点点儿的了解都没有。另一个虽然说自己对finance industry 有兴趣，可是从来没有看过他学过什么关于finance的东西。但是他们都成功的，或者说糊里糊涂的成功的。 有时候真得很沮丧，自己付出了很多，可是一点儿回报都没有。现在我总算深刻的体会到，不是付出就有回报这句话了。
