interview的时候碰到的一个很常见的问题，求教每次去面试都会被问 what is your plan in five years 之类的问题。因为我才刚毕业，其实没有怎么想过这样的东西，每次我都回答说，一开始几年工作都只是积累经验，我并没有对5年以后的自己有明确的打算。面试官每次听到表情都很奇怪。。想请教一下高人怎样回答此类问题。谢谢！！
