按照法律规定一般店家不可以雇佣持“学生准证”的人,尤其是非本国公民。所以碰壁是一定的啦。假期可以打工,但是要去学生处拿到一份许可,凭这个许可,可以去快餐店如卖当老之类的地方打工。
6月热卖,实际上没什么可买的。不用期盼了,还是好好读书吧。

With effect from 16 Jan 2006, the Singapore Immigration & Checkpoints Authority (ICA) has waived the requirement for Student’s Pass holders to apply for a Letter of Consent to work, as long as the employment is for 16 hours or less per week.
