relast 2 months, i went to ask OSA abt the application. they said there's a new rule tht foreign stu no longer needed to apply for part time permit?

one company wants me to work immediately after exam, they want me work as part-time first then after i got the degree can convert to full time, they said part time no need any pass, is it true?
