咨询"non-competion"的条款！
签工作合同时，公司要求同意一则“non-competion”的条款，是说离开公司后
一年内不能从事同行业的职业。感觉有点难理解，一个电脑工程师离职大多数还是
做电脑行业，金融人士当然做金融，怎么能限制员工一年内不得从事相关行业呢？
请教各位，这样的条款是否有依据？

It should be a 'restraint of trade' clause, may need refer to contract law
for its reasonableness... not sure whether 1-year span is enforceable or not in S'pore?
