i spent $1660 over about 10 months; passed in the 2nd test.
Number of lessions for Manual is in all 16 or 18 (cannot remember liao...)
number of lessions for Auto is in all 2 (compulsory for all learners)
normally, 2 lessions per week should be all rite! by the way, i learn driving in Ubi Driving centre.
some tips for test:
1. as in test, all of us are likely to be nervus, but i think this will only happen at the beginning; thus, if u r tooo nervus to reponse the tester's instruction, pls act as if u do not understand English; ahaha, effective!!!! but can only act once!
2, do not follow the car in front too close, especially in rainy. otherwise u may not be able to brake and stop ur car before the stop line, or yellow box; in fact, i failed my first test due to this: driving >=50km/h in the rainy day, and follow a long viehcle closely, at the end i did not manage to stop my car before the stop line....die,,hard die..
3, drive slowly, even though they deduct ur points for inadequate acceleration, but only 2 points, and this is surely better than driving fast and can't stop properly!!!!
4, Do check ur rear mirror, side mirror and blind spot whenever u do lane change or turning.
think that's all i can share!
hope everyone can pass soon. and drive ur car in high way. en...at the nite of the day i got my licence, i drove at 140km/h in TPE!....(pls dun tell the traffice police!!!!)
