A few queries on PR application. Thank you!Is Birth Cert really necessary? Can i do without it? Do we have Birth Cert in China? Even my parents are not sure about it and they need to look for it... How and where do we get the "official translation" of Birth Cert from Chinese to English? For those who have gone through the application, could you share your experience with us? 出生证明是必须的国内以前并没有正式的出生证明，所有信息都在户口本上。只要拿着户口本，办一个英文的出生公证就够了，包括你的出生地，出生日期，以及父母姓名。至于在新加坡怎么办，我不太清楚，问一下大使馆。 ICA并非一定要birth certificate，但此类的证明文件是必须的。而且如果日后你要邀请你父母来新加坡，也需要提交出生证明，否则拿什么来证明你们的关系。
