ans: no. 净赔的意思是猜对了and扣所压分数而得到的. eg. bet 5 points, and 1:3.10, then it is 5 * 3.10 = 15.50. however, we count it as 20, (a kind of ceiling in huasing), 20 - 5 = 15. this is the 净赔.
