碧山象棋会于2013年5月5日完成碧山象棋会2013资料手册（72页）的整理，将于2013年6月30日赠阅。（由碧山民众俱乐部象棋会会务顾问郑炳树先生BBM赠于有意愿收集资料的象棋组织）
个人于2013年5月13日在“悟入棋途”塗塗写写达六年，未来考虑以塗塗写写的方式继续。

碧山象棋会会员2013至2017五年棋力分级细则 (第八次评定)

Regarding 碧山象棋会会员棋力分级细则 (第八次评定) and 碧山会员证书等级, the Bishan EXCO Meeting No. 3/2013 held yesterday agreed to hold two rounds of assessments over the next 5 years (2013 to 2017) as below : --
Mid-Term Assessment -- to assess competition records from 1 Jan 2013 to 30 Jun 2015, i.e. the first 2.5 years (30 months)。
Full-Term Assessment -- to assess competition records from 1 Jan 2013 to 31 Dec 2017, the full 5 years so as to identify promotion cases if any。
