探讨成立2015年国家队大家好！我代表个人意见提出下列方案，请广大棋友们给予意见！希望我们能够成立一支强大的新加坡队伍与中港越对抗！
主题：
成立2015年国家队
宗旨：
公平竞选国家代表，同时培养团体精神，并提供一个方案让国家队员有个平台集中训练，以为新加坡作出贡献
选拔方法：
1）首届国家队－由2013及2014年全国赛前6名加上2013及2014年“图隆杯”冠军（14名额－可能有重复）
2）次届国家队（2016年及之后）－由2015年国家队前6名及2015年全国赛前6名加2015年“图隆杯”冠军（13名额），2017年如此类推。。。
挑选方案：
2015年国家队－最多14人，可采取单循环或双循环（视人数而定），从2015年1月至5月周末进行比赛。由于是循环赛，如果在如期无法比赛，可灵活安排赛事，不过需要有棋证督促。
奖励方法：
2015年赛事有－世界杯、亚洲个人赛、新马杯、其他比赛。
建议由2015年全国赛冠军及选拔赛冠军代表世界杯；如其中有队员无法代表，将由国家队亚军顶上，由此类推。
其他赛事由国家队代表，根据名次优先考虑
往后单年度赛事根据以上方案进行
2016年赛事有－亚洲杯团体赛、新马杯、杨官璘杯等等
建议由2016年全国赛冠军及国家队前3名代表；如其中有队员无法代表，将由国家队殿军� (more...)

Although I don't have much chance for National team, but i support the idea to filter out only the best players to represent Singapore. Quanguosai alone may not necessary be accurate in picking the best players to fight Asia strong.
The ultimate aim of any good system is to choose only the CONSISTENTLY better players to represent Singapore. This will also help those who miss out participation in quanguosai in one particular year (due to valid reasons) to qualify for NATIONAL TEAM in the following.
