Hi...I feel that you should report this matter directly to the relevant authories rather than posting this article here and expect others to do it. Even if we have relevant contacts, we cannot report a matter simply based on hearsay from Huasing forum. However, if your intention is just to let the masses know about such an incident, then perhaps this could be a means to do it, though in my opinion, is still one side of the story...
