62 is the official retirement age at the moment, i.e. < 62 is 不快乐的年龄.
heard that official retirement age may change to 65 by 2013, 67 by ????, 70 by ????, i.e. eventually <70 is 不快乐的年龄. I am < 60 at this moment, I am 不快乐. :( still waiting for 返老还童。。。。first in mind is Bus/MRT -- 60.
