I am not alumuni member. But I remembered taking part in the competition b4.My elephant opening was taught by General Hu, nothing to brag abt.
Perhaps you can find General Hu for a pointer or 2.
You can take part in the competition if you graduated from NUS
If you have taken part in it before, then it should be no problem.
