Just for debate: have you ever met a case when you
got only a few minutes left, your oponents got more time than you. And when you request for draw, your oponents hesitated for more than 10 seconds? If you are the person who lose because of this, do you still think it is "not a problem"
Maybe you always win, or you always have enough time to play with the naughty oponents, but it doesn't mean wasting time can be legal. Sometimes we have to think from other person's perspective.
