I read the 等级分 reports in these 新加坡全国象棋个人赛 1999 and 2000 对局记录 and notice that the following records are not included in the reports : (1) players did not join in the past 5 years 新加坡全国象棋个人赛 (2) players with less than 2,150 等级分 In this case, the rates of past participations (at least once in every 5 years) and standards (not below 2,150 等级分) were considered for 等级分 calculations previously, the suggestion of using them for promotion/demotion considerations now is in the same direction, at least we should consider to propose all graded players to join 新加坡全国象棋个人赛 at least once in every 5 years. Other views, please.
