Recently, the issue of 团队精神 was surfaced .......... personally, I feel that 团体联赛 (1995 to 2004) was a good team event for building the 团队精神. Now with the one-day two-round type of team events, people pay less attention to the building of 团队精神. One possible reason could be some team leaders are trying to get enough players for the teams regardless the players are from other teams. In recent years of such team events, the names of some players appeared in more than one team. 棋会的联系 and 棋手的归属感 were two of the many issues brought up previously in one of the discussion meetings attended by SIXGA and all clubs.
