1. Ask your friend come out and play outside. Some people are not suitable to play infront of computer as they find it difficult to concentrate. I believe you lack concentration infront of computer.

2. Play longer time control. Many of your moves are 'rough'. This should be due to insufficient time for thinking. Playing too fast won't help in your training.

3. Play your favourite openings. I can see that you are not used to playing non mainstream opening. Some of the games you played, you lost tempo and behind opening development uneccessary. Also, watchout about your rook always start off late in non centre cannon opening.

Move 7 : Should consider E3+5.
Move 12: Lost one tempo. Red is behind opening development.
Move 14: Good move by black. Prevent red elephant to return.
Move 19: No target. Being made used by black to threaten exchange later. Consider C2-2. If
black C8=5 then A4+5.
Move 28: Should R2+6! C5+4 is blunder.
Move 30: Red R4+5 can? Looks good.
Move 34: Consider K5=4? Not a losing game yet. If black R2+6 then E5-7. Still got chance.

Move 3. To improve the efficiency fo 1st move A4+5. It may be more natural to play red H2+3
then E3+5 then R1=4 to start the rook.
Move 13. Can consider P7+1, if black h2+3, red R9+1, black R1=2, red R9=6, black A4+5,
red P3+1 to open up the game.
Move 29. C5+4 looks better. Endgame is favourable for red.
Move 39. Consider C1+3, if black R4+2, then red H3-2.
Move 59. Should R2-4 exchange. Rook+3pawn endgame. Red win. Review stops here. I reckon moves
behind are lighting chess.
