Nanyang 11 + 17 + 20 + 57 = 105 (1st team) Kampong Glam 12 + 21 + 22 + 57 = 111 (2nd team) Bishan East 33 + 34 + 39 + 43 = 149 (3rd team) Bishan East is the administrative name of the division, the C.C. servicing the area is Bishan Community Club, the management body is Bishan CCMC (Bishan C.C. Management Committee), Bishan Xiangqi Club is under Bishan CCMC. The residents of Bishan East division is also served by 6 Residents Committees(RC) , each RC servicing the residents stay in about 15 to 20 HDB blocks. In the past few years, the most active RC having more residents playing xiangqi is Bishan East RC Zone 5 located at Block 145. All RCs service only residents stay in the blocks within the RC boundary, e.g. RC Zone 5 boundary is Blocks 135 to 152.
