主要是不要和别人冲撞可以的话跟象总了解一下，尽量不要和别的棋会的活动冲撞。一般棋会的活动会在元宵节前后，但确定一下也好。地点至不济可以在NUS或其他学校找个地方。人数先预算30人，太多再来分组。棋具在华新上各大棋会的朋友大概可以帮忙，棋钟就算实在不够，有些台不用应该也能将就一点。棋子一般不是问题。赛务一般要2-3人，但如果不够，你们下，我一个人做也行，找两个人帮忙调棋钟就好。

If SIXGA's office is used for other activities, I could help to book Bishan Classroom 2 (with valid reason ??, otherwise the rental is quite high), our club house.
Free periods need to be checked unless to plan with a few Wednesday evenings together with our activity nights and could be free of charge for this arrangement.
Currently, our club opens on every Wednesday 6:30pm to 10 pm, big enough for 40 players or more. Our 2007 internal competition with 20 players took about half of the space.
Bishan should have more than enough 棋具 and 棋钟 (without adding seconds type).
