My views
In order to maintain the population and in order not to harm the enthusiasm of many players (particularly those playing for long years), I have my personal views as below - I am still too busy with work to stop and think of a proper proposal, but if someone is going to propose and want to include this idea in, I will appreciate him.
1. Consider to downgrade a Jia Ji to Yi Ji, and a Yi Ji to no rank if not playing the SG individual tournament for consecutive 5 years (since when this applies). His rating is also reset to the minimum of the new category.
2. A player participating for a total of 20 years receives an honourable title (Jia Ji or Yi Ji), and will not be downgraded; A Master title is also forever.
3. Lower the entry fees of the national individual tournament though the deposit can remain.
4. A player can also be promoted in other tournaments involving rating calculations.
