it is better for SGA to get some volunteers to enhance the SGA websites and set up one forum like other chinese chess website in China.
Since most of the local chinese chess players can speak & write english and chinese, it would be easier to implement in both language.
If more and more people can contribute, it wouldn't be that difficult to maintain/enhance the website.
