请sm3住过raffles的学长证实一下今天得到消息说，我们8月下旬将发给7，8，9三个月所有的钱，但是到十月份发钱的时候就会一下子扣掉一学期所有的住宿费用，据说有1300之多。真的有这样的事吗？是一学期还是一年呢？
这个1300是怎么算出来的呢？都有些什么费用啊？
moe不是传说还有住房补贴的吗？
补贴最后会给我们，就是说补贴会抵消这1300中的一部分吗？
还有一个问题就是如果你放假回家的话，你把东西都清出来，moe的住房补贴会发到你帐上吗？还是仍然交给hall呢？
