Other strong players in Logistics are CMU, Stanford, Penn State, and UCLA. And you are right, many universities put it under B-school, like MIT and UCLA. But I think that doesn't matter, 'coz as far as I know, most B-schools accept GRE if you are applying to the PhD program (but not MBA).
