我有经验，来不及吧。不过申请倒是很容易，也许开学后1.5个月能搞定 有两个loans. one is study loan for 80%tuition fee. the other is living loan which covers your daily spendings. i think it won't be enough. and i think your scholarship hasn't been terminated yet. So no need to bother. :)
