This one i knowCAP =4. Anyway, CS students need 3.8 to stay in CS at year 2. So try to make your CAP >=3 after the following semesters. Else, the 2nd warning letter might come, most likely with the suspection of Scholarship/Allowance. To continue your study here, you need to get tuition loan (for school fee, from NUS) and study low (for living allowance, from banks) unless you can get financial support elsewhere. Both of the loans are payable after your graduation. I am not sure if anyone suscessfully persuade MOE to suspend scholarship instead of terminate after 2nd warning? But you might have a try.
