Question: How important is data obtained from customers, surveys and different types of research to GM? Why?

there was no such module last year. There was no such module the year before last year definitely.
What's the name of the module? And what's the course syllabus?

Mine is the second sem of it

just focus on the respective section in the text book. first disccuss the relationship between data and information, then go a step forward to be more specific about GM, lastly if u still got extra energy, use ur imagination and show some of ur own ideas
