what about Raffle City? there's a restaurant on top floorcan view the whole sinapore. price is not too expensive. but must wear properly that restaurant is called "Equinox". Equinox is situated on Levels 68 through 72 of Singapore's landmark Raffles City Complex, providing spectacular views of Singapore as well as Malaysia and Indonesia.
