If you encounter any problems with the e-Pass Enquiry Portal or if you have further enquiries on retrieval of your D/E number, you may submit your enquiry to go.gov.sg/sto-enquiry for further assistance.
At the enquiry form, please select 'Others' at Serial No. 4 and let us have the following details or documents at Serial No. 5 and 6 for us to assist you further:-
1) Your date of arrival in Singapore;
2) Your passport number
3) A clear image of your passport biodata page that clearly reflects your name and passport number; &
4) A screenshot of the error message (if available).
