【准证入籍】为老公担保申请PR，他到底需不需要National Service大家好，在此求问，本人PR，为老公（刚毕业，很快student pass过期，工作offer已签，还在等EP中，已经等了很久很久了）担保申请PR，他算是"second-generation male Singapore PR"吗？我只能确定二代PR一定要服兵役，如果帮小孩担保PR，小孩一定属于二代PR， 那么配偶呢？
如果配偶也属于二代PR，已经工作的男士有兵役豁免吗？ICA 只明确表示male main applicant 有豁免，所以什么是“main applicant”?

Main applicants who are granted PR status under the Professional/Technical Personnel and Skilled Workers Scheme or the Investor Scheme, are exempted from NS.大部分男生都是用这条咯。而且在ICA网站上看是唯一豁免的路径。
