发邮件给ＩＣＡHolders of Long Term Visit Passes (LTVPs) issued by ICA who have renewed and obtained new passports may update their new passport details by forwarding the clear scanned copies in jpeg or doc format of their passport pages (showing their bio-data, passport number and date of issue/expiry of passport) and Long Term Visit Pass cards (front and back) as well as local sponsor’s NRIC (front) directly to ICA_Visit_Pass@ica.gov.sg. All changes requested will be acknowledged and updated accordingly.

不需要实测，我妈妈带LTVP卡回去了，过期了，也一直没有回来续。后来来之前我联系ICA问这个事情，他们回复说不用还，直接申请Entry Visa就行了。然后就一切顺利，没问题。
