【万能求助】怎么转LTVP 从老护照到新护照呢？可以寄信么？妈妈换了护照，LTVP 还在老护照上，有人转过这个LTVP 么？一定要去柜台么？需要什么材料，多久呢？谢谢

Together with the applicants' new passport bio-data page, please also provide us with clear images of his/her Long-Term Visit Pass card (front) and local sponsor's NRIC so that we may verify and update our records. Please provide the images in jpeg or doc format. The updating is not available on the self-service web-portal.
