【法律咨询】citibank 员工Sharon Lim 以欺骗方式给客户入card shield06年7月我和朋友在乌节路看到citibank的roadshow，我曾经在美国用过citibank的信用卡，觉得还可以，就申请了，同时告诉那个女的Sharon Lim 我花多少钱付多少钱，不想付任何额外费用，保险，年费等等，我母语不是英语，你们这些小字的条款这么多我也看不清楚，理解不了。她说，没有任何费用，membership fee 只要打个电话就可以取消， 并且还有5%的refund. 我说，有refund更好，没有也无所谓，我主要是为了方便。在我不知情的情况下花旗给我入了card shield，我直到现在也不知道这是什么东西，等我发现时，已经每个月扣18-20块，扣了10个月到12个月的时间。我打电话质问sharon，她竟然说她当时特意给我解释过！我的朋友在场，根本就没有这回事。后来我还介绍了两个朋友找她申请了信用卡，她也给我朋友入了这个card shield。 我朋友们都不知道，说，她只是说，什么都和我的卡一样。我后来给银行打了好多次电话，也没有解决，每次都是让那个sharon来应付我。我说你们银行太没有信用，我不会再用你们的卡花一分钱，我要马上还清里面还欠的瑜伽会员的费用，把这个卡取消。他们说分期付款还没结束，取消要罚300块。后来我就一直用UOB再也�

还是不是很明白什么是card shield
google 了一下，是不是指这个？
“Credit Shield protection gives you the option to have the outstanding balance on your Credit Card waived in case of some unforeseen circumstances of loss of life due to any cause and permanent disability.”
意思是如果死亡或残废，我户头上outstanding的费用可以免掉。
