请问IPA letter的传真件是否有效？我的IPA letter是传真的，不太清楚。不知道在国内出海关和新加坡入海关的时候是否有效？
NUS的秘书说的比较模糊，而且他后来又说寄原件给我。但是我马上走了，原件估计收不到了。
from my experience, a print of scanned copy is ok to enter singapore
but original copy is needed for student pass application.
