any house agent to recommend?plan to buy a resale hdb flat, 3 or 4 room type, near mrt. does anyone have good house agent (integrity, honesty etc) to recommend? ps: first time, no experience. how to tell if the agent is good or not. are all agents having the same charge? or should choose agency company instead of agent? looking for help here. plez advice me and many thanks.
