借人气询问去美签证是不是找代理好些(F1)?找代理是不是对成功率有帮助?
代理只是收材料还是会提出帮助意见来让当事人准备材料?
我所知道,找代理面试等待时间会短点,但是从交材料给代理到约到面试也要1周的时间呀,有点浪费时间.
