DBS 是我用过的最次的银行用过的银行不多国内的工行建行招商银行，新加坡的 OUB/UOB, DBS/POSB 但是DBS 是我用过的最次的银行. 其几天取了 4000 块居然少了 200 新币。简直就是吃人啊~ 当时取出来没有数，俺没有这个习惯。后来发现居然少了200 新币。太次了~ 还不知道又没有希望拿回来。还是国内的招商银行好啊网络银行做的最NB~

i think it is a mechanical problem of the ATM

if you withdraw from the counter, then their service sucks

or if from ATM and you call them up and they do not resolve the problem for you
then their service really sucks
