If you can load the images or movie into your PC, then just get any software to edit and convert them, and burn into CD. Images are simple. If movie, you may choose to convert (and compress) to certain format such as mpeg, avi, rm, etc. If you want the CD be able to played by your home VCD or DVD player, convert to that VCD or DVD format and burn as VCD/DVD. Not all software can do this, but I believe you could find some. Check Canopus or Pinnacle.
