请问怎样办理外汇储蓄？各位学长，你们是否知道如何办理外汇储蓄，因为来的时候带了些美元过来，而最近听说小偷比较厉害，舍间都建议我们把带来的存起来。但是不知道有哪些银行提供这些项目。我只给中国银行打过电话，但他们的办理时间和我们的上课时间相冲突，且我们现在还没护照在手，不知能不能向MOE要回来一下。多谢指点！！！！！！！！！！！！！！！！！！！！！！
