abt applying US Non-immigrant visa in China
It seems that according to the place we live, work or study, we will need to resort to either embassy or consulates for US visa application (the so-called consular district). My case seems to be a perplexing one:
1. My permanant home is situated in JiangXi province (in the charge of Beijing embassy)
2. My passport was issued in JiangSu province (in the charge of Shanghai consulate)
3. My current place of work/study is in Singapore (in the charge of hell?)
I have no clue as which embassy/consulate I should go to. So anyone has any experence about this? I am most most most grateful for advice and comments.
