听说有一种不是办法的办法可以提高captake MC，不去考试，这样就当没有take 那个module， 所以算CAP的时候，就算
其余的modules。 但是下一学期还是要重新take 那个 module。 不管怎么说还是
提高一点CAP。
是不是有这样的规定亚？
