关于自建网站的问题.....我有朋友打算自建一个网站，想问一下关于ISP的问题。
怎样在新加坡申请.COM.SG 域名，服务器是由自己设立，还是由ISP。。因为听说预计的浏览量比较大，带宽,价格，维护等等问题。。·#@%·)#￥#%·哎，我也不是很懂，希望有经验的大侠讲解一下。谢谢。。
There are really two separate questions.
1) Domain name registration
To apply for a .com.sg domain, you can just do some research using Google. Plenty of information is there.
2) Server hosting
It is actually up to you to choose the form of hosting/connection/maintenance, etc. There are quite a number of local service providers in this market.
