simple one....1. go hall office and collect a form(singtel one)..fill the form and ask the hall officer to sign ... 2. go nanyang supermarket(hall two) & pay the deposit. 200 dollars(bring along the form). 3. wait a lady from singtel to call u & tell u ur phone number & when ur phone line will be activated ... 4. installation fee is 30 dollars. monthly fee is 8.33 dollars or 10 dollars depend on ur choice of plan.. then the calling rate is 0.7cents/min.....cheap ah ...still can remember the first i received the bill...... 1111 mins 7.78 dollars....... hoho......
