关于NTU装电话的问题请教有谁装了或者知道详情，初装费，以后一个月多少钱，手续有哪些。谢了！

1. go hall office and collect a form(singtel one)..fill the form and ask the hall officer to sign ...
2. go nanyang supermarket(hall two) & pay the deposit. 200 dollars(bring along the form).
3. wait a lady from singtel to call u & tell u ur phone number & when ur phone line will be activated ...
4. installation fee is 30 dollars. monthly fee is 8.33 dollars or 10 dollars depend on ur choice of plan.. then the calling rate is 0.7cents/min.....cheap ah ...still can remember the first i received the bill......
