Tertiary studentOnly full-time matriculated undergraduates, not receiving an allowances paid by the institution, with exception of scholarships or bursary given on the basis of academic achievement or hardship, are eligible for the Tertiary Student ez-link Card. All postgraduates and part-time students, irrespective of the courses they are enrolled in, are NOT eligible for the concession ez-link card.
