can anybody help?

recently my computer will suddenly restart itself sometimes after 3hours sometimes after 6 hours of operating. i checked my cpu temp and is 51'c (amd) and the ventilation in my casing is very good as well.

does anyone know how to slove this?

i monitor the cpu temp and it fluctuate from 52 to 55
do u think is because of the cpu fan?
my cpu fan is original from amd
