paylah转错了人，要不回来（队友）paylah转钱时放错电话号码，转给别人了，打电话给银行，过了几个礼拜银行说对方不愿意退回。虽然数目不多但绝得憋屈，问问版上有没有遇到类似情况的，只能认栽吗？

曾收到过转错的钱
这是银行给的邮件。不是很强制性，感到憋屈的话只能报警解决了
